Our client was a defense contractor stationed at a MacDill Air Force Base and in Afghanistan.

The client was alleged to have received financial kickbacks in order to receive a government contract.

We were successful in preventing our client from going to prison by arguing that based on their past military service that this was a one-time mistake. The judge agreed.
