DUI Manslaugther

Our client was facing the charge of DUI manslaughter.

Our client was impaired over the legal limit but we were able to successfully argue in front of a jury that our client did not cause the accident and that the person that unfortunately passed away ran into our client’s vehicle.

The jury agreed with us and found the NOT GUILTY of DUI manslaughter even though our client’s blood alcohol level with significantly over the legal limit.
