Self-Defense Case

Client was a security guard and he saw a woman and a man getting into a physical altercation. He went to stop the altercation and the man continued to threaten not only the woman but himself. Our client deployed Mace on the individual to protect himself and the woman.

Our client was falsely arrested for battery and we ultimately were able to get the prosecutor’s office to drop the case the day of trial!
