False DUI arrest leads to dismissal before the case goes to court:
Client was pulled over because the license plate frame supposedly obstructed the license plate.
We were able to take pictures of the license plate and where from the officer’s vantage point and show that law enforcement did not have a legal reason to pull them over.
We ultimately were able to get the case dismissed before his first court hearing- the arraignment.
